DHH Finance Lecture Earned Extensive Acclaim
Currently, organized by Beijing DHH Law Firm and Henan Zhongfuxin Investment Management Co., Ltd, the “DHH Finance Lecture” was held in Zhengzhou, Henan province. The senior partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm, Mr. Meng Qingjun was the top speaker of the forum. The topics of the forum were about the new policies on private equity, and the value of assessment, mergers and acquisitions of the private equity managers. Lasted for three and a half hours, the forum attracted many heads of famous investment institutions to attend and share ideas with Mr. Meng Qingjun.
The second lecture organized by Beijing DHH Law Firm and Jinyu International Investment Management Co., Ltd with the topic of “the exploration of China’s way to REITs” was held in Financial Street. The lecture attracted many lawyers and equity management companies to share their ideas.
The “DHH Finance Lecture” was initiated by Mr. Meng Qingjun, which has been highly regarded by the companies and counterparts. The following topics have already been discussed before: 1. the internal control and operation of private equity; 2. the registration of the fund managers and the interpretation of the new policies; 3. the interpretation of the investment provisions in Angel Investment; 4. mergers and acquisitions of the real estate equities; 5. the supervision and operation of the insurance fund in private equity; 6. the asset securitization.
Mr. Meng Qingjun was also invited by the ACLO to interpret the new polices on the private equity. He planned to give more lectures in the future, with the topic including but not limited to: 1. taking part in cross-border funds mergers and acquisitions; 2. the combination of private equity and listed companies; 3. the functions of the private equity in PPP projects.
