DHH Washington D.C. Law Office is organized and established in the District of Columbia. Mr. Ji-Qing Liu, managing director of the office, is licensed to practice law in Washington D.C., Michigan and Indiana, and brings to DHH more than 20 years of professional experience as well as management wisdom gained through working for large U.S. law firms as partner and Chief Representative in the China offices. The office also hosts licensed PRC attorneys as foreign legal counsels to provide timely and reliable advice to U.S. legal counsels and their clients on Chinese legal issues. As a channel and gateway for Chinese legal solutions, it seamlessly connects U.S. based legal counsels, professional service providers and clients to Deheng Law Group’s network of more than 500 professionals from over ten offices throughout China.
DHH International, the consulting arm of the firm in the U.S., is established to offer a full spectrum of consulting services to individual and corporate investors, especially small and medium enterprises and their owners, in connection their investment in or business with the U.S., including advising on investment environment, identifying investment opportunities and business partners, planning business visits and tours, and consulting on project operation. DHH International cooperates with the economic development agencies of state and local governments, local business contacts, financial institutions and legal and other professional service providers, which enables it to offer corporate and individual investors one-stop solutions in a convenient and efficient way.
The D.C. operation also hosts China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (CASME) USA Legal Service Center. The Center focuses on providing training, information, consultation and legal representation to CASME member enterprises which are interested in investment or doing business in the United States.
