March 22, lawyer Yin Siliang interpreted the new regulation on the registration of the fund managers since Shanghai Kaikaimen Investment Management Co., Ltd. has become the first fund manager that was established by registration in the Asset Management Association of China.
According to the supervision regulations and principles, lawyer Yin Siliang explained the relevant issues, helping the applicants in its registration in the future. He also said that to issue legal opinions which met the requirement of Asset Management Association needed massive audit and rectification, and even after the registration, the relevant information were subject to supervision constantly. He held that fund managers should not merely hire lawyers for registration process; they should manage the company with the assistance from the lawyers in accordance with laws and regulations.
March 28, lawyer You Ting, the partner and vice director of DHH Shanghai office, was invited to attend the training hosted by China Great Wall Securities Co., Ltd. in Nanjing.
